Senior Tax Manager

Due to recent growth and plans for further expansion, we have created a new position for a Senior Tax Manager who has a broad range of technical knowledge and managerial experience.
You will be responsible for working with the corporate finance department, dealing with transactional tax and restructuring issues as well as supporting the Partners identify and advise on tax planning opportunities.
On a day to day basis you will be involved in:
Overseeing the Tax Department
Ad-hoc advisory work
Dealing with queries from clients and HM Inspector of Taxes
Reviewing tax compliance work
You will also play an active role in marketing and business development of the practice, being involved in gaining new clients.
The portfolio of clients you will be responsible for predominantly include the owner-managed business sector and the sports and entertainment industries.
This role would ideally suit a tax specialist with personal and corporate experience, however a corporate tax specialist looking to broaden their experience would also be considered. Transactional tax experience would also be advantageous.
